Laleh Atelier (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, by phone and in person, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the service you are interested in, your wedding or event date (if you provide it) and any details you include in your message. When you arrive from an advertisement we also record the advertising click reference and campaign details sent with the link, so we can tell which advertising works. When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools may collect technical information such as your device, browser, pages viewed and the advertisement you clicked. These tools use cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations and fittings, provide our services and keep records of the work we do. We use website information to understand how our site and advertising perform and to improve them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.
